There are 3 tabs to this spreadsheet.

The first tab is data on dog experimentation facilities, compiled from publicly available USDA APHIS reports, also available below. These reports are by fiscal year.

The second tab is data on Dane County dog adoptions, compiled from publicly available shelter data, also available below. Note that the data in the second tab displays the calendar year data which is then transposed into fiscal year data for an accurate year to year comparison with APHIS data.

The third tab contains the comparison chart.
